About Community Patchwork Farm
Building a sustainable, community-focused food system
Who We Are
Community Patchwork Farm is all about promoting health and well-being through growing food together. With support from the National Lottery Community Fund, we are building a Community Patchwork Farm. The farm is made up of shared gardens and public spaces. The gardens are provided by householders who are happy to share them for growing fruit and vegetables, and the public spaces by Truro City Council and others.

We are inspired by the national and international Incredible Edible Network, and work with Wildly Edible Truro. We are delighted to link up with Truro Nourish Hub, and will work to help provide locally grown food that can be used in some of their community events.
We are keen to link with other local initiatives promoting health and well-being, including local food larders and social prescribing.
Our Values
Community First
We believe in the power of community. By bringing people together around shared growing spaces, we create connections that extend beyond the garden.
Sustainability
We promote sustainable growing practices that respect the environment and create long-term benefits for our communities and the planet.
Accessibility
Everyone should have access to fresh, locally grown food. We work to remove barriers and make community growing accessible to all.
What We Do
Connect Garden Owners and Growers
We facilitate connections between people who have garden space and those who want to grow food, creating mutually beneficial partnerships.
Support Community Growing Projects
We provide resources, guidance, and support to help community growing projects succeed and thrive.
Promote Sustainable Practices
We share knowledge about sustainable growing methods, organic practices, and environmental stewardship.
Build Community Networks
We create opportunities for people to come together, share knowledge, and build lasting community connections.
